HOUSTON, Texas— PAS Inc., the leading solution provider of process safety, cybersecurity, and asset reliability for the energy, power, and process industries announces the addition of Jason Haward-Grau to their executive leadership team as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Jason is a veteran technology leader with more than 22 years of cybersecurity and advisory experience within both operational and information technologies. Prior to joining PAS, Jason was the CISO at MOL Group, an integrated oil and gas company with operations in over 30 countries, where he owned and developed the company’s cybersecurity strategy. Jason’s addition to the team will support PAS’ strong domestic and international growth.
“PAS provides technology that is at the nexus of the Industrial Internet of Things, analytics, and industrial control system cybersecurity,” says Jason Haward-Grau. “They provide visibility into the complex configuration data trapped in the multiplicity of proprietary control systems that are primarily responsible for production and safety in an industrial facility. This data and the ability to monitor for unauthorized change helps companies secure a class of endpoints in a way that no other vendor can offer today. Besides its unique technology offering, PAS’ growing footprint of cybersecurity customers, history of innovation, and experienced management team made the decision to join an easy one.”
Jason has a proven track record of driving cybersecurity strategy and execution as well as building enterprise-class security organizations that meet today’s threat landscape. In addition to his position as CISO at MOL Group, Jason held information technology (IT) leadership positions at both Burberry and Vodafone, where he was Global Head of Cyber Security Operations & Program Delivery. Previously, Jason was a Senior Advisor at KPMG focusing on IT and cybersecurity within the Financial Services, Petrochemical, and Telecommunication sectors. Jason has held other IT leadership roles at GlaxoSmithKline, Diageo, Impact Plus, and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
“We are excited to have Jason join our management team,” said Eddie Habibi, founder and CEO of PAS. “Jason is an experienced leader who understands first-hand the challenges that CISOs within process and power companies face today. He provides PAS the additional firepower it needs to continue scaling its security operations as well as develop cybersecurity services our customers require to harden their industrial control systems.”
